He had a long career as an decorated and highly sought after inspirational public speaker for university student groups looking to gain admission to graduate and professional programs, speaking to packed lecture halls on dozens of university campuses. Blessed by providence to be a native-born Steelers fan from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Stephen has lived all over the United States, coast to coast. But it was in Southern California, inspired by the creative talent he got to know and work with, as well as the natural wonders within a day’s drive away, that his passion for photography took off. He brings all of his experiences with diverse groups of people, locations, and changing light to create art.
